2. SDB. Cliff Stein's textbook with Scott Drysdale and Ken Bogart "Discrete Mathematics."
   We will call this book SDB, after the authors. You can buy this book used. You can buy a Kindle edition. The Kindle edition and used hardcopies are available on Amazon.
